景観重要建造物（Structures of cityscape importance）
景観重要建造物の指定（Designation of a structure of cityscape importance）
景観重要建造物とは、地域の魅力向上と個性ある景観づくりの核として、優れた外観の建造物を保全するため、景観法に基づいて指定するものです。
伊予市では、初めて以下の建造物を景観重要建造物として指定いたしました。
"Structure of cityscape importance" is a designation provided for by the Landscape Act which dentotes structures marked for preservation due to the positive affect on the cityscape of their uniqueness and beauty.
Iyo city has newly designated the structures below as structures of cityscape importance.
宮内家住宅（Miyauchi Family Residence）

1738年（元文【げんぶん】3年）に当初建築された間口10間半の宮内家主屋。本瓦葺
で鬼板
・うだつを設け、大屋根には千鳥
破風（ちどりはふ）
を構える。江戸初期に郡中灘町を拓いた宮内小三郎の家であり、現在も旧大洲街道・灘町の中心に位置する象徴的な建物である。
The Miyauchi Family Residence main building, with a frontage of approximately 19 meters, built in 1738(3rd year of the Genbun era). Its roof is kawara tiling, lined with traditional decorative eaves, supported by pillars, with gables on the main roof, In the early Edo period it was the home of Kosaburo Miyauchi, the developer of Gunchu-nadamachi. Situated on the Ozu-Kaido road in the centre of Nadamachi, it remains a symbol of regional history.
栄養寺山門（Eiyo Temple Gate）

1845年（弘化【こうか】2
年）に建築された欅
造の二階門。入母屋
造（いりもやづくり）で、欄間
には龍や亀など桃山風の彫刻が施されている。当時、住職は大工とともに大阪に出向いて、一本一本材木を確かめて持ち帰ったという。三浦佐蔵の作と伝えられている。
A two level temple gate made of Japanese zelkova, built in 1845 (2nd year of the Koka era). Built in the Irimoya style its transom features engravings of dragons and turtles in Momoyama period designs. It is said that the chief priest and carpenter went together to Osaka to select and bring back each individual log. It is said to have been designed by Sazo Miura.
山惣（やまそう）商店（Yamaso Store）

1860年（万延【まんえん】
元年）に旅籠（はたご）
として当初建築された。角地に建つ入母屋造で、角の隅切りと板暖簾
、二階部分や大屋根の高さに特徴がある。現在は、醤油醸造、肥料販売業を営んでいる。
Built in 1860 (1st year of the Mannen era), it was originally an inn. An Irimoya Style building on a corner lot, it is characterized by its corner design, wooden curtains, and the height of its main roof. Today, it is used for soy sauce manufacturing and fertilizer sales.
元藤村石油株式会社事務所（Former Fujimura-Sekiyu Co., Ltd. Office）

1889年（明治22年）に当初建築された本瓦葺の商家建築で、おだれの角に小屋根をあしらうなどの意匠が特徴的である。小屋組み五重梁の本格建築。
Originally constructed in 1889 (22nd year of the Meiji era) in the merchantile architectural style using traditional tile roofing, this building features such design elements as fascia board on the eaves of the roof overhang. The roof truss was fashioned using ornamental beams.
木村家住宅（Kimura Family Residence）

1893年（明治26年）に当初建築された。厨子二
階（つしにかい）の造りで、前の通りに面して格子が長く連続する町家のたたずまいを有する。
The Kimura Family Residence was originally built in 1896 (26th year of the Meiji era). It has a small second story which was used for storage, and features a long, wooden lattice that faces the street in front. giving it the appearance of a traditional townhouse.
元伊予農業銀行郡中支店（Former Iyo Agricultural Bank Gunchu Branch Office）

Location：Nadamachi 7 Ban-chi
1911年(明治44年)に伊予農業銀行郡中支店として当初建築された。擬洋風建築であり、溝が刻まれ柱頭に飾りが施された3本の円柱、半円アーチの欄間付縦長窓、花崗岩（かこうがん）
の基礎底部に特徴がある。現在、郡中まち元気推進協議会が運営する郡中まち元気サロン『来良夢（こらむ）
』として活用されている。
Construction of the Gunchu branch of the Iyo Agricultural Bank began in 1911 (44th year of the Meiji era). Built in a European architectural style, it feautures three columns decorated with groove-engraved capitals, tall, arched windows, and a granite foundation. It is currently being utilized as "Koramu", a Gunchu area reception hall, by the Council for Promotion of the Revitalization of the Gunchu area which works with urban development.
